Shipping

Orders are shipped exclusively through Flash Express. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are normally dispatched on the same day, while orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the following day. During major campaigns or high-volume periods, orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

Before returning a product, contact VIAIM after-sales support with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return, replacement, or warranty claim. VIAIM will inspect the product after receipt and process the request according to the applicable conditions.
