viaim’s mission is simple but clear: to create AI that is genuinely useful, so people no longer have to be stuck in repetitive and exhausting office work, and can instead focus on more valuable things, enhancing their competitiveness and creativity.
Our vision is to help people work smarter, not harder, and live comfortably and independently. Although we are still a small team, we believe in the power of being small and focused to drive real change.
We want to create “truly useful AI products” to help people cope with the distractions and unexpected situations that constantly arise at work. We’ve integrated AI into headphones so that every call, remote meeting, or in-person conversation can be fully recorded and transcribed. After the meeting, viaim AI can also automatically organize the meeting summary and to-do list.
Sometimes inspiration strikes suddenly and needs to be captured immediately (we understand, because it happens to us a lot). These fleeting ideas and bursts of inspiration are like a spider’s instinct: they last only a moment, but viaim can capture them instantly and help store them completely and reliably.
These situations occur almost every time in office or online meetings. But in fact, viaim isn't just for office workers. It's designed for everyone - whether you're a finance professional (in investment, securities, banking, or insurance), a journalist, writer, or editor in the media industry, or a teacher or student looking to exchange ideas academically or prepare lessons.
No matter what industry or field you work in, viaim can help professionals and experts stay focused and work more efficiently, while continually empowering them to drive themselves forward and unleash their creativity, helping them become more competitive.
viaim aims to inspire people to rethink the relationship between work and life. We want every user to work with ease and discover new possibilities in life by working smarter, not harder.
Looking ahead, viaim aims to build a comprehensive professional AI assistant system for a wide range of industries, creating a complete intelligent ecosystem to enhance everyone's quality of life. Together with everyone, including you, we want to move toward a smarter, freer, and more meaningful future.
